Complaint Submission Process

  1. Identify the Concern:
    Clearly define the issue and gather relevant details, such as dates, names of involved parties, and any supporting documents.

  2. Submit a Formal Complaint:

    • In-person Submission: Visit the administrative office during working hours and fill out a complaint form.
  3. Acknowledgment:

    • Acknowledgment of your complaint will be provided within 48 hours of submission.
  4. Resolution Process:

    • The complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department for investigation.
    • A resolution will be provided within 7 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
  5. Escalation:
