General Rules for Students

- Late entry to class is discouraged. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to attend the session.

- For practical sessions, students must adhere to safety dress codes, such as lab coats or safety gear, as instructed.

- Students must carry their identity cards at all times and present them upon request by institute authorities.

- Respectful behavior toward peers, faculty, and staff is mandatory.
- Harassment, bullying, or use of abusive language will result in strict disciplinary action.

Use of Mobile Phones and Gadgets:
- Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent mode during classes and practical sessions.
- Unauthorized use of gadgets during exams or assessments is strictly prohibited.
Classroom and Lab Rules

- Students should come prepared for each class and participate actively in discussions and practical sessions.

Use of Equipment:
- Handle all equipment, tools, and computers with care. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the student.
- Unauthorized use of institute property is prohibited.

- Keep classrooms, labs, and premises clean and tidy. Dispose of waste responsibly.
- Students are responsible for organizing their study materials and workspace.

Safety Guidelines:
- Follow safety instructions provided by the faculty, especially during practical sessions involving electrical or mechanical work.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the instructor immediately.
Academic Integrity

Examinations and Assignments:
- Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and will lead to penalties or expulsion.
- Assignments must be submitted by the deadlines specified by instructors.

- Students should review their evaluations and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Fees and Financial Policies

Fee Payment:
- All fees must be paid on time. Late payments may attract penalties.
- Fee receipts must be retained for future reference.

- Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other valid reasons, subject to management approval.

Campus Rules
