Article 1: Name and Objectives
- Name: The institute shall be known as Anand Technical Institute (ATI).
- Objectives:

- To engage with the community for socio-economic development.
Article 2: Membership
- Eligibility:
- Any individual interested in acquiring technical skills and meeting the institute's admission criteria can become a member.

- Maintain discipline and respect for faculty, staff, and peers.

- Managing Committee:
- The institute shall be governed by a managing committee led by the Founder and Director, Anand Raaz.

- Principal: Day-to-day administration and academic coordination.
- Faculty Members: Delivery of courses and mentoring students.
- Administrative Staff: Managing records, finances, and infrastructure.
Article 4: Rules and Regulations
- Code of Conduct:
- Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance.
- Faculty and staff should uphold the values of professionalism and integrity.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Cheating, harassment, or any form of misconduct.
- Damage to institute property or resources.
- Disciplinary Actions:
- Violations of rules may lead to warnings, fines, or expulsion, depending on the severity.
Article 5: Financial Management
