5. Attendance and Academic Performance

5.2. Consistent failure to meet academic standards may result in warnings, probation, or termination of enrollment.
5.3. Examinations, assignments, and projects must be completed within the given deadlines.
6. Use of Facilities and Resources
6.1. Institute facilities, such as laboratories, libraries, and workshops, are to be used strictly for educational purposes.
6.2. Unauthorized access to or misuse of resources, including software and equipment, is prohibited.
6.3. Students are responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of all shared spaces.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kapilvastu.
